- Yarn needle

Instructions:
Santa Baby Cap:
- Round 1: With red yarn, make a magic ring. (6 sc)
- Round 2: 2 sc in each sc around. (12 sc)
- Round 3: *Sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc*; repeat * around. (18 sc)
- Round 4-12: Sc in each sc around.
- Round 13: *Sc in next 2 sc, dec (sc2tog)*; repeat * around. (12 sc)
- Round 14: Sc in each sc around.
- Round 15: *Sc in next sc, dec (sc2tog)*; repeat * around. (8 sc)
- Round 16: Dec (sc2tog) around. (4 sc)
- Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing.
Brim:
- Round 1: With white yarn, join to any sc on the hat. Sc evenly around the bottom edge of the hat. (48 sc)
- Round 2: Sc in each sc around.
- Round 3: *Sc in next 2 sc, inc (2 sc in 1 sc)*; repeat * around. (72 sc)
- Round 4-6: Sc in each sc around.
- Fasten off and weave in ends.
Pom-pom (Optional):
- Wind yarn around a pom-pom maker or your fingers several times.
- Tie the yarn securely in the center and remove the pom-pom maker.
- Trim the excess yarn to create a fluffy pom-pom.
- Sew the pom-pom to the top of the hat.

- Fasten off and weave in ends.
Neckband:
- With red yarn, ch 35.
- Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across. (34 sc)
- Join to first sc with a sl st.
- Sew or crochet the neckband to the bib, leaving an opening at the back for the neck.
